Sustainability Statement

Lakeshore Sports Physical Therapy, PC's, commitment to achieving the highest operational efficiencies allows up to provide physical therapy care in a manner that is consistent with our mission.   In addition, our efforts to minimize our impact on the environment helps us care for the community as a whole in the same manner in which we care for our patients and clients as individuals.

We demonstrate this commitment through concrete action by:

• Minimizing the use of paper when possible and only purchasing paper with the highest available recycled content
• Encouraging our employees to use public transportation by participating in the Transit Fare Benefit Program
• Provide our patients and clients with free transit cards when they arrive for their appointments via public transportation, bicycle or on foot (limit 5 per client)
• Use ecologically-friendly cleaning products in our facility whenever possible
• Recycle our electronic equipment
• Use compact fluorescent bulbs in our facility wherever possible
• Disconnect items from electrical outlets when not in use
• Schedule timed periods for heating and cooling the facility only when in use
